    You can register by clicking on the “register” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the correct information in the designated text box. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

  2. 2. ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR REGISTRATION?
    No charges. Registration on gofruits.com.my is absolutely free

  3. 3. DO I HAVE TO NECESSARILY REGISTER TO SHOP ON GOFRUITS?
    You can surf and purchase without registration.

  4. 4. CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS?
    Each email address and contact number can only be associated with one GoFruits account. (Please refer to account related section for more details)

ACCOUNT RELATED

  1. 1. WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT?
    My Account section can be accessed after you log into GoFruits.com.my. My Account allows you to track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

  2. 2. HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
    You need to enter your email address on the “Sign In” page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact fruitsInspector@gofruits.com.my

  1. 1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULES ACCORDING TO BUILDINGS?
    Predefined deliveries are scheduled by GoFruits and the buyer will be required to choose their preferred time slot according to the assigned building. Please click here to view the schedules.

  2. 2. WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR ORDERS?
    Cut-Off time for next day deliveries are to be placed before 9pm.

  3. 3. CAN I ADD PRODUCTS AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME?
    No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the cut off time for your selected slot.

  4. 4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY SLOT AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
    No, delivery slots cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact GoFruits personnel at fruitsInspector@gofruits.com.my and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  5. 5. HOW DO I ADD OR REMOVE PRODUCTS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
    Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact GoFruits personnel at fruitsInspector@gofruits.com.my for any modification of the order.

  6. 6. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN ITEM WHICH IS OUT OF STOCK?
    No, you can only order products which are in stock. We want to ensure our goods are the best and freshest, hence we only sell the products available for that week.

  7. 7. HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
    The orders are confirmed upon payment made and checkout from the cart. GoFruits will provide the status of the delivery 1-2 hours prior to the delivery.

  8. 8. IN ANY CASE WHERE CERTAIN FRUITS ARE UNAVAILABLE DUE TO CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, HOW DO I CHECK WHICH ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FROM MY ORDER?
    You will receive an email as well as a text message about the unavailability of that item with a reason given before the scheduled delivery of your fruit. Also, our customer support team will offer you the choice to substitute the unavailable item if you wish to. If the buyer chooses not to substitute the goods, the total amount will be refunded back to your account within 3 working days

  9. 9. WHEN AND HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
    For any cancellation, please provide the cancellation notice on the same purchase day before 0000 hours (12 midnight) via email to sales@gofruits.com.my with the title “To cancel order”. However, after the 0000 hours on the same purchase day, GoFruits shall be entitled to impose a minimum of 15% of the total amount of the purchase price of the relevant goods as administrative fees, in addition to the transaction fees charged by the Credit Card company or any Financial Institution or agent (JomPay/Ipay88). The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to the Buyer within 3 working days.

DELIVERY RELATED

  1. 1. HOW ARE THE GOODS PREPARED AND PACKAGED?
    Our goods are hand-picked and checked before delivery. We get rid of any spoilt/damaged fruits and another round of checks will be done on the day of delivery.

  2. 2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    The delivery of goods is scheduled based on the selection of a time slot. There will be notification 1- 2 hours prior to the delivery via some form of communication – phone calls, text messages or WhatsApp by our delivery team.

  3. 3. HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?
    Our logistics team will inform the client (via phone calls, text messages or WhatsApp) prior to delivery before the driver departs our premises.

  4. 4. HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFO (ADDRESS TO WHICH I WANT PRODUCTS DELIVERED)?
    You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address. Also, the changes made will take effect 24hours after the changes are entered.

  5. 5. HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
    A. There will be no delivery charges for deliveries made to FREE DELIVERY areas.
    B. The delivery fee is subject to the postcode and ranges from RM10 to RM40. The charges are based on the predefined postcodes as below:

    In case there is a delay in delivery, our customer support team will keep you posted about your delivery 1 hour prior to delivery.

  7. 7. DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?
    Not at the moment as all deliveries are scheduled. However, if the buyer wants it for a special event or occasion please email us at sales@gofruits.com.my with subject titled ‘Same day delivery’. List down your order and delivery request as well as contact number, and a GoFruits staff member will contact you directly regarding your personal request. All orders made will only be confirmed when the buyer and the GoFruits representative have come to an agreement about delivery location and time, as well as delivery charges etc.

    If you face any issues regarding the quality or delivery of products, please email us at fruitsInspector@gofruits.com.my, with a picture of the fruit attached within the next 3 hours after the delivery time. The team will take every measure to address the issue accordingly. GoFruits has the right to reject any claim raised more than 3 hours after delivery.

  1. 1. DO YOU HAVE AN OFFLINE STORE?
    No, Gofruits do not have any offline stores at this moment.

  2. 2. HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION OR RETURN? WHAT ARE THE MODES OF REFUND?
    The amount will be transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days. In case of credit card payments, we can also credit the money back to your credit card. Please get in touch with customer support via email at fruitsInspector@gofruits.com.my for any further assistance regarding this issue.

    Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices/packages to institutions such as corporate, events, parties, schools, restaurants, etc. Please email us at sales@gofruits.com.my and we will attend to your request.
